That's changing and many are about to discover that their sites look like shit, images no longer work, or their guests are not being shown the images they intended them to see.
You MAY link to emoticons in the public areas such as the emoticons browser on the front page of this site, the forums emoticon managers, the submissions forum, or any of the generators that allow hotlinking or image saving.
You may NOT link to the index image files of any application!
This includes logos or other images that make up the presentation page for our forums or generators.
You may NOT link to the image parts or components that make up our generators!
You may NOT link to images that are not directly intended for linking.
You may NOT use our images with your own links such as in an emoticon manager on your own site.
You may NOT post these images to any gallery such as miarroba or any other gallery that ripps off remote sites.
You may NOT copy any image without permission.
So it should already go without saying that you may NOT upload ANY image to a remote site or gallery without express written permission from SmileyGenerator.us or the artist/owner.
I see some of you don't understand that yet so it bears repeating!
If you don't see a direct link to some image folder but discover you can access it and use the images anyway, I'll make you look completely stupid!
Do NOT test our generosity!
The first time you break these rules, I'll embarrass you.
The second time, I'll ban you from accessing the server and/or process a DMCA action against you.
I think these terms are more than fair considering what you've paid to access the main part of this site.
