Why aren't my saved images animated or transparent?

This is a known bug in internet explorer.
Images are saved as .bmp instead of .gif

Posting in languages other than English?

When posting to the forum in a language other than English, you are required to post an exact translation in English.

What do I do with .zip and .rar files?

Zip and Rar files are compressed files.
To open them you will need a zip extractor.
A few good ones are;
WinRar (opens almost all types of compressed files), 7Zip and WinZip(limited file types) .
If you are using Windows XP or recent Linux distributions they will have an extractor inbuilt into the OS for .zip files.
