Please Read All Of This Before You Enter the Forum!

To prevent abuse of services and help pay operating costs, we now have a 2 tier membership model.
All non donating members are required to make 20 non spam posts before access will be granted to premium content and generators.

When you have made 20 posts, you may request promotion to the contributors group which will give you full access to everything .

*In addition, you must continue to post at least once in each 30 day period to maintain your contributor group status.

If you can't or don't want to post regularly, then you can still access all content and services by making a $20 donation and contacting an administrator at the forum to have your member group adjusted.
Your donation will allow you 6 months full access with no posting requirement.

All new members wishing to be promoted on their 20th post will now have to request review of their 20 posts by a moderator or council of members.

If your posts are junk, you will NOT be promoted, your post count may be reset to 0, or you may just be deleted without further discussion.

We don't have time to babysit or teach people how to behave.
If you're posting "th" or "yo" or similar nonsense, then you already know you're trying to cheat the system.

We're being fair about this, we expect the same from others!

IMAGE AND SMILEY FAQ

TERMS OF USE:

You may hotlink to the image once it's placed into the public galleries or submissions forums.
You may NOT copy the image without express written permission from the artist or smileygenerator.us
You may NOT display the image on ANY website or public gallery without express written permission from the artist or smileygenerator.us.

If you want to copy a smiley from our forum or anywhere other than one of the generators, please request permission as outlined in this topic: http://www.smileygenerator.us/community/index.php?showtopic=924

Full consideration will be given to any "personal use" or "other forum" request based on the level of community involvement for that member.

For commercial or software application requests, only Smileygenerator.us original or custom image requests will be considered.

We do NOT sell or allow the sale of our forum smileys whether by donation or direct payment!

This site is not intended to be a distributor of smileys. We simply allow others to share in the success of this community by linking to our forum collections while resources permit it.

Our primary purpose is to:

Provide a community where members can submit and discuss smileys
Promote and provide assistance to artists (including free hosting for their own sites where required)
Offer resources and instruction for animation and smiley creation
Organise and index smileys for our members use
Develop new ways of generating and creating better smileys

Please respect these simple terms so that we can continue to offer this service!

Please note that there is NO "public domain" consideration for ANY image created and submitted through this forum or through any of our sites or partner sites or for ANY invision style smiley!
Any smiley displayed anywhere on our sites is protected by copyright. NO EXCEPTIONS!
